Property Description
A clean modern 3 bedroom townhouse/apartment conveniently located right off the US Interstate 192. The drive into the Main Gate to Disney is only five miles away on 192 West.
The unit is equipped with a full kitchen and all its accessories. It is also one or two miles away from major restaurants, and shopping centers. Both Target and Walmart are less than five minutes away.
The Club Cortile association offers a clubhouse, with Internet/Wi-Fi access. An exercise gym for use by the Club Cortile guests, a large quite pool, a picnic area, and a children playground.
This townhouse has a master suite with a King-size bed. A queen-size bed in one of the bedrooms, and two twin beds in the third bedroom.
WiFi and Cable TV are available. A Washer and a dryer are also available inside the unit.
Location
Club Cortile is in a superb location and offers first class accommodation. Each room is tastefully decorated to high standards and offers that home from home feeling, with everything within an arms reach! After the parks, bask in the sun at the pool and spa, play a game of tennis or basketball. The community offers a playground as well as a clubhouse and theater. The resort is ideally located within minutes to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks. Shopping and restaurants are right on the door step along the tourist area 192.

Our visit to Magic Kingdom with our 2 grandchild. We would come back again and we would recomend this home to a friend. The property was an excellent choice for our group. We enjoyed Applebee's, Waffle House, Perkings, I Hop, Denney's all walking distance from the home. Also Old Town, the mini puts, the flea markets and the close grocery stores. A visit to the Kissimmee park was enjoyable on their day at the park on the 28. The property manager is always very nice with our family. They are very good people and always attentive to our needs. One phone call and the problem is solved. We did not encounter any issues.

Very clean apartment. Close to restaurants, Walmart, Publix, gas station, road 192, flea markets, Old Town, churchs . A family oriented vacation place with people of different nationalities. Place to take long walks even in the evening. Overall very satisfied of our stay, would recommend this place to anyone without worry.
